2025-26 (Junior): Played in all 11 of the Mavs’ events, posting a 73.34 scoring average in 30 ½ total rounds… Had a cumulative 514-351-38 head-to-head record against fellow NCAA Division II golfers… Had 13 par or better rounds, including four in the 60s… Finished five tournaments under par… Had a season-best round of 67 while finishing with a 54-hole season best of 210 (-3) at the San Juan Intercollegiate, finishing in a tie for 16
th… Had two top ten finishes, tying for seventh at the Travis Roy Memorial Invitational with a 36-hole total of 143 (-1) to start the season… Tied for tenth at the RMAC Championships with a 45-hole score of 178 (-2)… Went on to finish in a tie for 46
th at the NCAA South Central/West Regional, posting a pair of 1-under par rounds of 71 to begin that tournament… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2024-25 (Sophomore): Was a mainstay in the Mavs’ lineup, playing in all 12 tournaments and 33 rounds… Was third on the team with a 73.36 scoring average… Recorded 15 par or better rounds and was in the 60’s on seven occasions… Had four top-20 finishes… Recorded a 36-hole best of 139 (-1) at the HPU Shark Shootout… Had a 54-hole best of 206 (-4) at the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invite just two weeks earlier… Finished 13
th in that event… Tied for 21
st at the RMAC Championships with a 3-round score of 217… Went on to tie for 52
nd and the NCAA Division II Super Regional with a score of 215 (-1)… Had three separate rounds of 68 throughout the campaign… Named as a NCAA Division II Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar.
2023-24 (Freshman): Played in two tournaments and six rounds… Averaged 76.17 strokes… Played as an individual at the Centennial Coup, recording a solid 29
th place (tie) finish… Posted two even par rounds of 72, his best of the season, and a 54-hole score of 219… Represented the team at the Midwestern State Invitational in the spring, placing 76
th with a 3-round score of 238.
Prep: 2023 graduate of Independence High School… Was a standout golfer and basketball player for the Knights… Served as the team captain of the golf team during his senior year… Earned team MVP and first team all-district honors that year (2022-23)… Also earned first team all-district honors as a sophomore in 2020-21… Was a 3-time academic all-district player in golf.. Was a 2-time selection in basketball.
Personal: Is majoring in business management… Hopes to pursue a career in professional golf… When not golfing, enjoys hanging out with friends or playing video games… Also enjoys camping and just being outdoors.
Why I Chose CMU: “After meeting with Coach Sullivan during my college visits, I was sold on CMU. I could tell coach is a great leader and would push me to further develop both my athletic and personal skills. I also got to meet my future teammates who are a great group of guys. I just knew CMU felt like home.”
