- RMAC Golfer of the Week (Mar. 26, 2026)
2025-26 (As a Freshman): Had an impressive start to his career, posting a 73.79 stroke average in ten events… Recorded two top 10 finishes, including a tie for second in a field of 80 at the Coyote Classic (Mar. 23-24)… Went on to earn RMAC Golfer of the Week honors on Mar. 26 following that effort… Posted rounds of 68, 69 and 70 to finish with 54-hole season best of 207 (-9) at that event… Also had a T-9 finish with a score of 209 (-4) at the San Juan Intercollegiate, highlighting his fall… Posted an opening round of 69 and went on to finish in a tie for 25
th at the RMAC Championships, with a 45-hole score of 186 (+6)… Placed in a tie for 87
th at the NCAA South Central/West Regional.
Prep: 2025 graduate of Cherry Creek High School… Helped the Dustin Neel coached Bruins win a 2024 Class 5A team title as a senior… Placed 12
th in the individual standings at that tournament… Was a second team all-state and First Team All-Centennial League pick.
Personal: Is majoring in business administration… Son of Scott and Trish Starr… Has three siblings— Ben, Jack, Reese… Aspires to turn professional and play on the PGA Tour.
