As a Redshirt Freshman (2024): Did not race.

As a Freshman (2023): Redshirt season… Ran unattached at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede, finishing 31^st with an 8K time of 27:15.7.

Prep: 2023 graduate of Austin High School… Helped his team win the district cross country title… Set a 5K XC PR of 16:58.1 to place 17^th individually in the district meet as a senior… Set track PRs of 2:03.39 (800) and 4:29.89 (1600) during his 2023 senior track season.

Personal: Is majoring in geosciences with aspirations of a career in that field… Son of David Boulton and Carrie Appell… Has an older brother named Santiago.
