As a Freshman (2021): Redshirt season... Run unattached at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede, CMU's home meet... Finished 37th with an 8.8K time of 35:16.82.
Prep: 2021 graduate of Jserra Catholic High School in San Juan Capistrano… Qualified for the CIF Southern Section cross country finals as a junior in the fall of 2019 after taking 11
th at the Trinity League Finals that year… Also had a 3-mile PR of 16:01 at that year’s Orange County Championships… Had a season-best of 16:10 in the spring of 2021 as a senior… Set track PR’s of 2:04.89 (800) and 4:32.73 (1600) during his 2021 senior season, which included three dual wins in the 1600.
Personal: Is majoring in construction management… Aspires to go back to California after graduation for his father in the construction field.
Why I Chose CMU: “I really like the mountains and the outdoors so the location is great, I also really like the size, the team I will be on, and it has the major I wanted.”
