2022 (Redshirt Senior): Ran in two meets before leaving the team… Finished 33^rd at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite before placing 45^th at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede… Posted a season-best 8K time of 27:26.4 at the latter.

2021 (Redshirt Junior): Competed in each of the team’s first five meets, including the RMAC Championships, where he finished 80th… Ran an 8K career best of 27:21.8 at the Chile Pepper Festival closer to sea-level at Fayetteville, Arkansas… Had finished a season-best 28^th at the CMU’s home Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Also finished 40^th at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite and 54^th at the UCCS Rust Buster to begin the season.

2020 (Redshirt Sophomore): Named as the RMAC Summit Award Winner for having the highest GPA of any man at the conference championships... Also named to the FIrst Team RMAC All-Academic squad... Competed in all four of the team's meets... Placed 46th at the D2 XC National Invite as the team's No. 5 runner, helping the squad finish second... Posted a 10K PR of 33:45.2 to do so... Had finished 79 at the RMAC Championships after running an 8K PR of 26:58.3 at the Maverick Invitational, where he finished 43rd... Started the year with a 44th place finish at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite.

2019 (Redshirt Freshman): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection... Competed in all five of the Mavs' meets... Finished 111th at the RMAC Championships and 174th at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships... Had a season-best 8K time of 27:55.6 at the Fort Hays State Open, where he finished 98th... Finished 32nd at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite and 71st at the Roadrunner Invitational.

2018 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

Prep: Ran for coach Matt Swedland of Washburn Rural High School in Topeka, Kansas… Recorded a XC PR time of 16:54.1 for a PR at the 2017 NXR Heartland Regional Championships...Also ran at the Foot Locker Midwest Regional… Placed 16th at the Centennial League Championships, 19th at the 6A Junction City Regional to qualify for the Kansas State Championships, where he finished 79th… Set track PRs of 5:04.70 (1600) and 10:43.45 (3200) as a junior in 2017.
