With the 2009 construction project came a brand new wrestling room. The Colorado Mesa Universiy wrestling room is 84 x 50 feet, good for holding two full size mats. A 60 foot pull up bar stretches along the east side of the room along witha dip bar on the West side of the room. The wrestling room also features a 6x8 foot projector for video and film review as well as a 38 inch Vizio flat screen TV.
Coach Pipher has also designed an area to pay tribute to all former Maverick wrestlers.
The wrestling room sits just off the floor of
Brownson Arena. All home matches are held in Brownson.
