2015-16: NCAA National Qualifier...NWCA All-Academic First Team...NCAA West Region Champion...RMAC Championships runner-up...Finished the season with a 31-6 overall record...Two of his six losses came to the DI National runner-up at 141 pounds.

2014-15: NCAA National Qualifier...NWCA All-Academic Team...All-RMAC First Team...Placed third at the NCAA West Regional...Finished the season with a 31-9 record...Won the DoubleTree Open and placed second at the Northern Colorado Open.

2013-14: Had a 15-4 overall record with only two of his losses coming against Division II competition...Won the Colorado Mesa Open.

2012-13: Finished the season with a 13-4 record…Placed second in the Colorado Mesa Open…Placed third in the Old Chicago Northern Colorado Open.

High School: Wrestled for the Bulldogs of Palisade High School and Coach Brian Rush…Three-Time All-State and All-Western Slope League selection…Team won Western Slope League Championship.

Personal: Majoring in Mechanical Engineering…Son of Pete and Elisia Salazar…Brother of Lisa…Chose CMU for the proximity to home and the wrestling program…Enjoys the outdoors.
