2019 Outdoor (Redshirt Senior): Competed in three meets... Ran a career-best time of 23.13w in the 200 meters at the Mines Kit Mayer Invite... Had a wind-legal time of 23.47, his fastest record eligible time of 23.47 at the Air Force Twilight Open... Had a season-best of 52.37 in the 400 at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open.
2018-19 Indoor (Redshirt Senior): Competed in two meets... Ran the 800 meters in 2:14.91 at The Power 5... Ran the 400 in 52.92 seconds at the Western Colorado Alumni Open.
2018 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships... Had a season-best time of 51.28 in that event at the Colorado Invitational to qualify for the conference meet, where he took 18th... Also ran the 200 in Boulder, finishing in 23.54... Was on three 4x400-meter relay teams throughout the year, including the one that finished 11th at the RMAC Championships.
2017-18 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Ran in three meets, contesting the 400 meters at each... Had a season-best time of 52.84 in the 400 at the Colorado Invitational... Contested the 200 at the Western Alumni Open, finishing in 24.47 seconds... Was on two Maverick 4x400-meter relay teams... Anchored the Mavericks to a time of 3:27.27, tenth fastest in program history at Colorado... Ran the 400-meter leg on the Mavs' distance medley relay team at the Mines D-II Invite & Multi... That team ran a time of 10:45.59, fourth quickest in school-history.
2017 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in six meets...Ran career-bests of 23.54 in the 200 and 51.09 in the 400... Finished 19th in the 400 at the RMAC Championships.
2016-17 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in three meets, contesting the 400 meters and 4x400-meter relay at each...Ran a season-best of 53.66 in the 400 to place second at the Western State Alumni Open.
2016 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman):Â Ran at six meets, including the RMAC Championships... Finished eighth in the 4x400 (3:24.80) and finished 24th in the 400 with a season-best time of 52.52 at that meet... Ran a personal-best of 2:07.98 in the 800 at the Maverick Invite... Ran on three 4x400-meter relay teams.
2015-16 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman): Competed in three meets, running the 800 at each... Ran a season-best time of 2:09.94 at the Western State Alumni Open... Also ran on two 4x400-meter relay teams.
2014-15 (Freshman): Redshirt year.
Prep: Had a high-school PR of 2:08.10 in the 800 meters at Strasburg HS in 2014.
Personal: Is majoring in kinesiology... Wants to work in the physical therapy field.
Why I Chose CMU: "I loved the school as soon as I walked on campus for the first time. I also saw an opportunity to continue a track career."
