2019 Outdoor (Senior): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships... Placed fifth in the 100-meter hurdles and 4x400-meter relay at the conference meet... Also finished 11th in the high jump... Had a season-best time of 14.74 seconds in the hurdles during the preliminary round before turning in a time of 14.88 in the finals... had won the event at the Mines Kity Mayer Invite with a time of 15.30... Had a season-best clearance of 1.53 meters (5-0.25) in the high jump at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2018-19 Indoor (Senior): Competed in six meets in the 60-meter hurdle and high jump disciplines...Ran a career-best time of 8.91 seconds in the hurdles in the finals of the RMAC Championships to finish third and earn First Team All-RMAC honors... Ranks third in school-history with that time, which also ranked her fifth (8.95-altitude adjusted) on the RMAC's season-long performance list... Also cleared a career-best 1.62 meters (5-3.75) to place seventh and move into the No. 3 spot in program history... Had won the high jump at the Adams State NCAA Qualifier two weeks earlier with a leap of 1.60 meters (5-3), which had been her PR... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2018 Outdoor (Junior): Competed in five meets... Earned a pair of Second Team All-RMAC honors for her efforts at the RMAC Championships... FInished fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a career-best time of 14.70, which ranks her second in program history... Jumped a career-best 1.58m (5-2.25) to finish sixth... Ranks fifth in program history with that mark... Also contested the 100 and 200-meter dashes in early season meets running times of 13.05 and 28.10.
2017-18 Indoor (Junior): Competed in five meets, qualifying for the RMAC Championships in both the 60-meter hurdles and high jump... Cleared a season-best 1.57m (5-1.75) in the high jump to place eighth... Finished 10th in the hurdles with a season-best time of 9.38 seconds... Also contested the 200 at four regular season meets, running a career-best time of 27.39 at the Colorado Invitational.
2017 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets...Finished seventh in the 100 hurdles with a career-best time of 14.77 seconds.. .Had season and career-bests of 26.75 in the 200 and 1.55m (5-1) in the high jump... Won the 100 hurdles at the Maroon Classic & Multi.
2016-17 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in four meets...Finished seventh in the 4x400 relay (4:04.95) at the RMAC Outdoor Championships... Also took ninth in the 60 hurdles at that meet with a personal-best of 9.18 seconds... Cleared a season-best 1.55 meters (5-1) in the high jump.
2016 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships... Took fifth in the 100 hurdles with a wind-aided time of 14.53 seconds... Also finished fourth in the 4x100m relay (47.93) and 14th (1.45m/4-9) in the high jump... Had wind-legal season-bests of 12.88 (100), 15.01 (100 hurdles) and cleared 1.53m (5-0.25) twice in the high jump.
2015-16 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in five meets, finished seventh in the high jump (5-0.25) and 10th in the 60 hurdles (9.29) at the RMAC Championships...Ran season-best times of 8.34 (60) and 9.16 (60 hurdles) earlier in the campaign.
Prep: Attended Weber High School.
Personal: Is majoring in health and fitness promotion... Wants to become a personal trainer and fitness instructor...
