2013-14: Finished the season with an 11-15 record with five pins...Placed fourth at the Utah Valley Open...Competed in the NCAA West Regional at 184 pounds.

2012-2013: Redshirt Season…Went 5-11 as an unattached wrestler…Placed 6th at the Rocky Mountain Open.

High School: Wrestled for the Warriors of Central High School…Team won the Southwestern League Championship…All-Southwestern League selection…Four-Time Academic All-State…Two-Time State Placer.

Personal: Majoring in Biology…Son of David and Jennifer Holdren…Brother of Weston…Chose CMU for the athletic and academic opportunities…Enjoys traveling, hunting and anything recreational.
