2025 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Named to the RMAC Academic Honor Roll… Ran in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Placed 15th in the 400 meters at the conference meet in a time of 59.85 seconds… Set a career-best time of 57.68 seconds to finish third at the Chuck Haering Classic… Ranks ninth in program history with that mark… Was 12th on the RMAC season-long performers list with the altitude-adjusted mark of 57.79… Also set season-best times of 12.69 and 25.77 in the 100 and 200 at the Maverick Invitational… Anchored the Mavs to a 4x400-meter relay team of 3:51.47 at that meet, the fourth fastest in program history.

2024-25 Indoor (Senior): Redshirt season.

2024 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Competed in the 400 meters at each, posting a career-best time of 58.22 at the Maverick Invite & Multi… Went on to place 14th at the conference meet in 58.77 seconds… Also ran the 200 meters at each of the three regular season meets… Had a season-best time of 25.36 at the Maverick Invite #2… Ran on the Mavs’ seventh place 4x400-meter relay team at the RMAC Championships… Helped the team to a time of 3:54.94, 11th fastest in program history… Selected to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023-24 Indoor (Junior): Ran in three meets… Competed in the 400 meters at each, posting a season-best time of 59.72 seconds at the Western Colorado Open… Ran the 200 in 26.51 seconds at the New Mexico Team Open, her lone attempt in that discipline… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2023 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Raced in four meets, including the RMAC Championships, over four different disciplines… Finished ninth in the 400 meters at the conference meet with a time of 58.480 seconds after qualifying with a time of 58.28 in the season-opening CSU Pueblo Open… Also helped the Mavs take seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:55.36 at the conference meet, 12th fastest in program history… Was also a part of the winning team at the Maverick Invite… Had season-best times of 12.82 and 25.71 seconds in the 100 and 200 meters at the Kit Mayer Classic… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2022-23 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, running the 400 meters in each… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Ran a season-best time of 59.15 seconds at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic… Had a converted best of 59.06 at the Western Colorado Alumni Open to qualify for the RMAC Championships… Finished tenth at the conference meet with a time of 59.63… Also helped the Mavs to a seventh place finish in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:02.68.. Ran the 200 meters at two meets, posting a time of 26.27 at the aforementioned New Mexico meet… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2022 Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirt season.

2021-22 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in three meets… Ran both the 200 and 400 meters at the Western Colorado Open and Mountaineer Open & Multi at Western Colorado… Posted season bests of 27.45 and 1:03.03… Ran the 400-meter leg on CMU’s distance medley relay team at the RMAC Championships, helping the Mavs place tenth.

Prep: 4-time Frontier League Athlete of the Year during her prep career at Platte Canyon High School… Coached by Lance Gunkel… Was a 2-time state qualifier… Finished sixth in the 400 and the 4x800 relay as a sophomore in 2019… Took third in both the 200 and 400 meters as a senior in 2021 after her 2020 junior campaign was wiped out by COVID… Set PR times of 26.28 and 59.70 to earn those places… Also took fifth in the 100 and sixth in the 4x100 relay as a senior after posting a PR of 12.98 in one of her six 100-meter wins during her senior campaign… Also had seven 200-meter and four 400-meter wins… Swept all three events at both the 2019 and 2021 Frontier League Championships… Was a first team all-conference and all-state performer… Also ran cross country and qualified for state in all four years of her career, placing 47th at state in 2020 after taking ninth as a junior in the fall of 2019 and sixth as a sophomore in 2018… Won the 2A Region 3 title in 2018… Won the Frontier League title as a freshman.

Personal: Is majoring in kinesiology… Aspires to be a coach or athletic trainer.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU for the change in scenery from my hometown and for the track team. I could tell that the team is supportive and that the coaches care about all of their athletes and I wanted to be a part of that.”
