- 4x RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll
2021-22 (Redshirt Sophomore): Ran the 800 meters in three indoor meets, including the RMAC Championships… Did not compete due to injury during the outdoor season… Also ran on the Mavs’ distance medley relay team on both of CMU’s attempts at that discipline throughout the season… Posted a season-best time of 2:19.35 at the Don Kirby Open & Elite to rank fourth in CMU indoor history for the 800 meters… Went on to finish 19
th at the RMAC meet with a time of 2:24.89… Ran the third and 800-meter leg on the DMR team at the conference team, helping the Mavs to a tenth place finish and time of 13:22.36, 11
th fastest in program history… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll for both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
2021 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman): Ran the 800 meters and on the Mavs’ 4x400-meter relay teams at all three home meets in addition to the RMAC Championships… Had a career-best time of 2:17.88 in the 800 at the Maverick Multi & Open to rank fifth in program history… Ended up 14
th at the conference meet with a time of 2:18.01… Helped the Mavs finish third in the 4x400-meter relay (4:02.31) after being part of the fourth and 11th fastest relay teams in CMU history earlier in the season… Helped CMU’s “B” squad run to a time of 3:52.70 at the Maverick Sun Classic… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2021 Indoor (Sophomore): Ran in three meets, contesting the 800 meters twice and the 400 once… Had a career-best time of 1:00.84 in the 400 at the Western Slope Challenge… Posted a season-best of 2:23.03 in the 800 at the CRC UCCS Open… Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor (Sophomore): Redshirt season.
2019 Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirt season.
2018-19 Indoor (Freshman): Competed at one meet,finishing second in the 800 meters at the Western Colorado Open with a time of 2:33.77... Also ran the anchor leg on CMU's "B" 4x400-meter relay team at that meet, which placed fourth in 4:13.96.
Prep: Finished third in the 800 meters at the 2018 Jeffco 4A/5A League Meet for the Arvada West HS Wildcats as a senior... Was also third in both that event and the 1600 at the Arvada City Championships... Won the 800 at the league meet as a junior with PR time of 2:21.61.
Personal: Is majoring in nursing... Aspires to be traveling nurse and eventually a nurse practioner... Twin brother Jake is on the Maverick men's team.
Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because it is a good distance away from home and has a good program for my major. Also, I had the opportunity to run in college and I chose to further my running career here."
