2023 Outdoor (Redshirt Senior): Ran at the Maverick Invite, his only meet of the year… Finished tenth in the 400 meters with a time of 51.38 before running a leg on a 4x400-meter relay team.
2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Senior): Did not compete.
2022 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Competed in each of the team’s first four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Qualified in both the 400 and 800 meters… Finished 13
th in the 400 with a career-best time of 50.90 seconds… Took 14
th in the 800 with a time of 1:58.72… Had posted a season-best 800 time of 1:58.07 to place second at the Maverick Invite #2… Also ran on two 4x400 relay teams throughout the season… Helped the Mavs finish second at the Colorado Invitational with a time of 3:16.70, third fastest in CMU history… Also ran on the Maverick Invite #1 squad that finished in 3:21.31, 12th quickest in Maverick lore.
2021-22 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Ran in four meets, including on relays at the RMAC Championships… Helped the Mavs place fourth in the 4x400-meter (3:24.39) and ninth in the DMR (11:12.41) at the conference meet… The 4x400 time was eighth fastest in program history… Had contested the 800 at each of his three earlier starts… Set a time of 1:57.72 at the New Mexico Classic to rank sixth in program history… Had also helped the Mavs win the DMR at the Mountaineer Open & Multi.
2021 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore): Competed in all three of CMU’s home meets during the regular season and then at the RMAC Championships… Posted a career-best time of 1:57.04 to place 21
st in the 800 meters at the conference meet… That time ranks him ninth in program history… Had also ran the 800 at the Maverick Open (1:58.77) and Maverick Sun Classic (1:58.28) earlier in the season… Ran the 400 meters in a season-best time of 50.99 seconds at the Maverick Multi & Open… Also ran on two 4x400-meter relay teams throughout the season, helping the team to a time of 3:21.64 at the Maverick Multi & Open.
2021 Indoor (Junior): Competed in all three of CMU’s regular season meets and the RMAC Championships… Helped the Mavs score team points in both relays, finishing third in the distance medley relay and sixth in the 4x400-meter relay… Also qualified as an individual in the 800 meters, taking ninth with a season-best of 1:59.31… Ran the third leg (800m) on the distance medley relay team which posted an NCAA Division II provisional qualifying and school-record time of 10:15.08… Had ran the third leg on the 4x400-meter relay team, that was clocked in 3:27.72… Had also ran on CMU’s distance medley relay team at the Adams State Grizzly Open, helping the Mavs to a time of 10:27.62, sixth fastest in program history… Ran the 800 at the Western Colorado Alumni and CRC UCCS Opens.
2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, running the 800 meters at five of them… Had three top five finishes… Ran to a season-best time of 1:59.80 at the Don Kirby Elite Invitational… Had a converted best of 1:57.49 at the Western Colorado Alumni Open… Contested the 400 meters and distance medley relay instead of the open 800 at The Power 5 meet… Had a season-best time of 52.96 in the 400… Ran the 800-meter leg on the DMR team, helping the Mavs finish in 10:56.62.
2019 Outdoor (Freshman): Ran the 800 meters in four meets, posting a season-best of 2:02.65 at the season-opening Fum McGraw Open.
2018-19 Indoor (Freshman): Ran the 800 meters in four meets... Had a season-best time of 2:02.50 at the Colorado Invitational... Also ran a leg on a 4x400m relay team at the Western Colorado Open... Finished second in the 800 at that meet.
Prep: Placed fourth in the 800 at the Jeffco 4A/5A League Meet with a PR of 2:00.57 while running for Coach Todd Moore and the Arvada West HS Wildcats... Also set PRs of 4:43.60 (1600) and 10:52.20 (3200) as a senior in 2018... Had placed third in the 800 at the league meet as a junior in 2017 after finishing sixth as a sophomore in 2016.
Personal: Is majoring in biology... Twin sister Amber is on the Mavs' women's team... Aspires to become a firefighter paramedic or Flight for Life nurse.
Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because of the atmosphere that the campus has. I Also enjoy the coaching staff of track and field. They are always excited at practice and really being a great energy to workouts."
