- Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete (2023)
As a Redshirt Junior (2023): Played in one game and had one at-bat against Dominican before later leaving the team.... Was named to the Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete list.
As a Redshirt Sophomore (2022): Played in 26 games, making 15 starts in left field… Hit .306 (15-49) with one home run… Scored eight runs while driving in five… Was perfect on four stolen base attempts and in 12 defensive chances in the outfield… Had four 2-hit games.
As a Redshirt Freshman (2021): Played in nine games as a pinch-hitter and reserve outfielder… Made four starts in left field… Went 3-for-15 (.200) at the plate… Also drew three walks to record a .333 on-base percentage… Scored two runs and had an RBI on Apr. 10 at Black Hills State… Drew two walks on May 1 at Chadron State.
As a Freshman (2020): Played in three games during the COVID-19 shortened campaign... Made one start as the Mavs' designated player against Chadron State (Feb. 22)... Drew two walks in four plate appearances throughout the season.
Prep: Was a 4-year varsity starter and All-Northern Illinois Big 12 Conference selection for the Haley Albamonte coached DeKalb HS Crows… Helped lead the team to a fourth place finish at the Illinois State Finals in 2016… Graduated with multiple school records and was inducted into the school’s hall of fame in 2019… Earned first team all-state honors in 2019 after receiving second team honors in 2018… Was also named as the DeKalb Daily Chronicle’s Player of the Year in2 018… Was one of the top hitters in the Illinois High School Association.
Club: Played for the Chicago Cheetahs, coached by Brian Bowman.
Personal: Is majoring in kinesiology… Aspires to go into either athletic training or the business field of sports in sports management… Daughter of Suzi and Mike Warner… Has two siblings (Taylor, Olivia)… Enjoys spending time with family and friends and also traveling to new places.
Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because of the softball program. I also loved the campus and the environment. They also have a great kinesiology program.”
