2022 (Redshirt Senior): Raced in all five of the Mavs’ full-team meets, finishing as the team’s No. 2 runner at the NCAA Division II South Central Regionals to cap the cross country portion of his career in strong form… Finished 38^th, his best regional finish, with a 10K time of 32:29.7… Had placed 53^rd at the RMAC Championships… Had a season-best 8K time of 25:48.0 to finish 102^nd at the NCAA D2 Pre-Nationals Meet… Finished 27^th at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite to begin the season and then 30^th at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede.

2021 (Redshirt Junior): Competed in five meets, including both championship events… Finished 30^th at the RMAC Championships as the team’s No. 4 runner… Had a season-best 8K time of 26:18.7 at that meet… Was the team’s No. 2 man and 46^th place finisher at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional meet in Lubbock, Texas… Finished a season-best 17^th at the Gig Leadbetter Maverick Stampede, CMU’s home meet… Started his year by taking 36^th at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite… Finished 178^th at the Chile Pepper Festival.

2020 (Junior): Had an award-winning season, highlighted by D2 XC All-National Invite and Second Team All-RMAC performances... Competed in all four of the Mavs' meets and was the team's second finisher in three of them... Had three top-10 finishes... Finished fourth overall and third on the team at the D2 XC National Invite, as he lowered his 10K PR by nearly 2 1/2 minutes with a time of 31:59.2, helping lead the Mavs to a runner-up finish... Had finished 19th at the RMAC Championships to earn his all-conference honor... Finished eighth at the Maverick Invitational with an 8K PR of 25:19.2 after placing sixth at the season-opening Mountaineer/Cowboy Invite.
 
2019 (Sophomore): Competed in all five of the team's meets, including both the RMAC and NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships... Finished 77th at the conference meet with a career-best 8K time of 26:18.5... Finished 95th at the regional meet with a time of 34:24.0 in his 10K debut.

2018 (Freshman): Competed in two meets... Ran a season-best time of 27:21.4 to place 60th as an individual runner at the Roadrunners Invitational on Oct. 6 in Denver.

Prep: Finished fourth at the Jeffco 4A/5A League Meet as a senior with the Dakota Ridge HS Eagles in 2017... Placed tenth at the 5A Region 1 Championships and 50th at the 5A State Championships before capping his season with a 5K PR time of 15:49 and 61st place finish at the Nike Cross Regionals... Took second at the league meet, 30th at the regional meet and 117th at state as a junior in 2016.

Personal: Is majoring in geology... Enjoys biking and rock climbing.
