2022: ABCA, D2CCA and NCBWA All-Region Second Team selection...All-RMAC First Team selection...NCBWA National Pitcher of the Week (Mar. 17)...NCWBA South Central Region Pitcher of the Week (Mar. 16)...RMAC Pitcher of the Week (Mar. 15)...Finished the season with a 9-1 record and a 4.47 ERA...Threw a no-hitter against Colorado School of Mines on March 14...Had a season-high 11 strikeouts against Adams State on March 5...Lone loss of the year came against Northwest Nazarene where he allowed one run on four hits, walked three and struck out 10...Had a 10 strikeout effort against UCCS on March 19.

2021: RMAC Co-Freshman Pitcher of the Year...All-RMAC Second Team...Finished the season with a 4-1 record and a 3.67 ERA in 56.1 innings pitched and 72 strikeouts...Pitched five innings and allowed one hit, one walk and struck out 11 against Colorado School of Mines on March 14...Pitched seven innings and allowed one run on four hits, walked four and struck out 11 against Adams State on March 28...Pitched 8.2 innings against UCCS in the RMAC Tournament and struck out eight batters on May 21.

2020: In 2020 for the Mavericks, Kannon pitched in five games, with two wins under his belt. In the short season,he finished with and ERA of 6.00. He also had nine strikeouts and only gave up six hits total in his five outings.

Prep: Played for Jordan High School and coach Chad Fife... selected second-team All-Region in 2017 and first-team All-Region and second-team All-State in 2019 after missing most of 2018 with injury.

Personal: Son of Jared and Dhari Handy... Has two younger siblings, Hawkens and Hayes... Chose CMU for the winning culture... Enjoys golfing, working out, boating and being out with his friends and family.
