2022-23 (Redshirt Junior): Picked up his second consecutive Second Team All-RMAC honor… Also named as a GCAA All-America Scholar and to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll… Played in nine tournaments, including two as an individual, recording a 74.08 scoring average in 26 rounds… Tallied three top-20 finishes… Tied for 17^th at the RJGA South Central Shootout in the fall and the Hot Dirt Desert Shootout in the spring… Also tied for20th days later at the Palm Valley Classic… Posted a season-low round of 68 and season-best 54 hole tournament score of 215 at the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invite… All 25 of his other rounds were in the 70s…Contributed to the team score in 14 of the 20 rounds when he was representing the team.

2021-22 (Redshirt Sophomore): Played in all four of the team’s tournaments in the fall, posting a 73.55 scoring average in 11 rounds… Named to the Second Team All-RMAC squad, based on GolfStat rankings… Was also an RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll pick… Led the team with his scoring average… His score was counted towards the team total in all 11… Finished par or better in five rounds… Had a season-best round of 69 en-route to a sixth place finish at the RJGA South Central Shootout… Turned in a season-best tournament score of 217… Also recorded a top-20 finish, taking 19^th (tie) with rounds of 70 and 71 and a 36-hole total of 141 at the Farmers Insurance Samuel Proal Invitational.

2020-21 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in all eight of the Mavs' tournaments, posting a 75.08 scoring average in 24 rounds... Turned in three top-20 finishes, taking 11th at the Fall Mile High Shootout, tied for 16th at the Mustang Intercollegiate and tied for 18th at the RMAC Championships... Posted three rounds of 70, the best of his CMU career... Had a 54-hole low of 218 at the Farmers Insurance Samuel Proal Invitational... Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 (Freshman): Played in four of the team’s five tournaments… Posted a 77.25 scoring average in 12 rounds… Had his scored counted towards the team total in eight… Posted a season-best score of 72 at the Las Vegas Desert Classic… Had a season-best 54-hole total of 224 at the Sierra Central Wildcat Classic… Also had a season-best tie for 30^th finish at that tournament, his last of three in the fall.

High School: Played for Sandra Day O'Connor High School in Phoenix, Arizona... Coached by Uriah Cross... Member of National Honor Society with a 4.21 GPA... Member of Society of Male Scholars... Had a 74.7 scoring average, 20th best in Arizona... Had a low score of 67... Won the Deer Valley School District Golf Champion in 2018... Won four matches as well as the Wigwam Invitational, presented by his swing coach Warren Schutte, shooting rounds of 68 and 71 to finish ahead of many Division I committed collegiate athletes..Placed 12th in Arizona 6A Division I State Championships...Served as the team captain during his junior and senior year with the Eagles... 

Personal: The son of Zeke and Marcie Bishop...Has one brother, Zack...Majoring in electrical and computer engineering...Enjoys golfing,  hunting, fishing and snowboarding and playing any sport he can get involved in... Aspires to become a professional golfer or being involved with the PGA Tour... Has a back-up plan to become an engineer... Would like to apply those skills to either game of golf or do work with a very successful company that has an impact of every day human life."

Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU due to many reasons. To start off, the engineering partnership with CU-Boulder is a great fit for my academic goals. Secondly, I knew that the CMU Men’s Golf team and Coach (Scott) Sullivan would be the best fit in furthering my golf goals. The campus is also a great place to live due to the immense amount of activities to choose from as well as the continual expansion."
