2022-23 (Redshirt Sophomore): Dove in the Intermountain Shootout before leaving the team… Scored 201.30 points on six dives off the 3-meter board and 346.05 points over 11 dives on the 1-meter.

2021-22 (Redshirt Freshman): Dove in five meets during the spring portion of the season, including the RMAC Championships… Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors thanks to fourth place finishes in both diving events at the conference meet… Recorded NCAA qualifying scores of 435.45 points (1m) and 392.75 (3m) over 11 dives… The latter came in the preliminary round… Went on to finish 34^th on the 3-meter (193.10) and 39^th on the 1-meter (177.90) at the NCAA Pre-Championship qualifier … Had 6-dive season-best scores of 214.50 (1m) and 200.40 (3m) in tri-duals at BYU and Utah, respectively… Named CSCAA Second Team Scholar All-America honors… Was a RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection as well.

2020-21 (Freshman): Competed in five meets, including the RMAC Championships… Placed fourth on both the 1 and 3-meter boards at the conference meet earning a pair of Second Team All-RMAC honors… Scored 380.20 points on 11 dives off the 3-meter board in the final after recording 391.90 in the preliminary round… Had a score of 371.15 in the 1-meter… Had 6-dive season-best scores of 225.15 (1m) and 223.65 (3m).

Prep: 2020 graduate of Red Mountain High School… Coached by Lauren Thiel… Placed 14^th at the 2019 AIA Division 1 State Championships during her senior year… Placed 15^th as a sophomore (2017) and junior (2018)... Was the team captain in 2019-20.
 
Club: Dove for the East Valley Dive Club, also coached by Lauren Thiel.
 
Personal: Is majoring in nursing… Daughter of Jason and Janelle Stahl… Would like to start her career as a traveling nurse and work into a permanent position as a pediatric trauma nurse… Enjoys hiking and reading.
