2022-23 (Redshirt Junior):
Had another award-winning and record-setting season in and out of the pool… Claimed CSCAA All-American honors in all seven of her events at the NCAA Division II Championships, increasing her career total to 23, the highest total for any athlete (all sports) in CMU history… Earned five first team honors placing fifth in the 100 back while helping the Mavs to high finishes in the 200 medley (3rd), 400 medley (6th), 400 free (2nd) and 800 free (4th) relays… Also finished 16th in the 200 free and 200 back to earn second team honors… Helped the Mavs set a school-record time of 3:21.18 and highest ever relay finish in the 400 free relay… Broke her own 50 back school-record with a 25.27 lead-off split during the 200 medley relay as the team set a school-record time of 1:41.54… Had won three RMAC titles and six First Team All-RMAC honors at the conference championships… Helped the Mavs win the 200 medley, 400 free and 800 free relays while placing second in each of her three individual events (100 Back, 200 Back, 200 Free)… Also led the Mavs to the “B” Heat win in the 400 medley relay… Was part of RMAC Championship record setting relay teams in the 200 medley (1:41.74) and 800 free (7:21.77) relays… Helped set three El Pomar Natatorium relay records during the TYR/CMU Invitational… Swam the lead-off leg on the 200 medley (1:41.73) and 400 free (3:22.24) teams while anchoring the 800 free team to a record time of 7:20.96… Set some her individual national qualifying times during that meet as well, swimming to career-best 100 free (50.72), 200 free (1:48.73) and 200 back (1:58.14) altitude-adjusted times.. Ranks second (200 free), third (200 back) and tied for third (100 free) in program history with those times… Had a season-best 100 back time of 54.27 seconds as the top preliminary qualifier at the NCAA Championships… Won the 200 back in a Oct. 22 dual against Wyoming… Was named as the RMAC Academic Athlete of the Year and to the RMAC All-Academic First Team for the second straight year… Was also selected to the First Team CoSIDA Academic All-American by the CSC (College Sports Communicators), formerly known as CoSIDA after earning Academic All-District honors... Was selected to the 10-person Academic All-America squad alongside teammate Lily Borgenheimer... Was chosen as CMU's lone female nominee (all sports) for the RMAC Honor Student-Athlete Award.

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2021-22): Competed in ten meets, including the RMAC and NCAA Division II National Championships… Earned three first team and six overall all-America honors at the national meet in Greensboro, North Carolina… Raised her career total number of all-America certificates to 15, the most of any CMU athlete in any sport… Advanced to the championship final in two of her three individual events and to the consolation in the final… Placed fourth in the 100 back after breaking her own school-record with a time of 53.90 seconds… Finished seventh in the 200 back after setting a personal-best time of 1:59.30 to rank second in program history in the prelims… Also placed 14th in the 200 free… Swam on four Maverick relay teams at the national meet… Helped the Mavs place third in the 800 free relay with a school-record time of 7:21.12…. That was CMU’s best-ever NCAA Championship relay finish... Also led off the Mavs’ 400 medley and 400 free relay teams, which finished ninth and tenth, respectively… Set a 100 free PB time of 50.91 to lead-off the 400 free relay team… Ranks third in CMU history with that time… Helped the Mavs set a 400 medley relay school-record of 3:43.31… Accounted for 30 team points in her individual events and another 16 when considering her share of the relay points… Won five RMAC titles and five First Team All-RMAC honors at the conference championships despite not tapering in preparation for the national meet… Also picked up two second team all-conference plaudits… Now has 21 all-conference honors to her credit, including 17 of the first team variety… Has won 13 RMAC titles…. Won the 100 back after placing second in each of the past two years… Had set a then school-record time of 54.91 (converted) in the preliminary heats before breaking her own Maverick standard at the national meet… Also swam on four winning relay teams, helping the Mavs take the RMAC crown in the 200 Medley, 400 Medley, 800 Free and 400 free relays… Helped the Mavs set a RMAC Championship and El Pomar Natatorium Record of 3:23.92 to close out the Mavs’ RMAC-record setting point scoring haul… That converted time of 3:23.52 is also a school-record… Lead-off the Mavs’ pool-record setting 800 free relay team, that touched in 7:28.37… Had also finished third in the 200 free and fourth in the 200 back… Scored 51 team points in her three individual events and accounted for 91 total team points, when considering her share of the relay wins… Broke her own Maverick record in the 200 free with a time of 1:49.18 (converted) as the lead-off on the 800 free relay team at the A3 Performance Invitational… Won the 200 back and three relays at that meet… Set a meet record time of 55.02 in the 100 back prelims and meet records in both the 400 and 800 free relays… Also helped the Mavs set a school-record time of 1:42.47 in the 200 medley relay while breaking the 50 back record with a 25.69 second lead-off split… Won the 100 back at the Intermountain Shootout en-route to RMAC Swimmer of the Week honors on Oct. 7… Won three events over two days at the CMU Duals later that month… Won both the 200 free and 100 back at the Air Force Quad... Was named as a Second Team CoSIDA Academic All-American for Women’s At-Large Sports… Had also been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team and to the First Team RMAC All-Academic squad… Went on to be named as a First Team CSCAA Scholar All-American for the third straight year.

As a Sophomore (2020-21): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC and NCAA Division II National Championships while setting school-record times in three events raising her career total at the time to five… Earned a total of six CSCAA All-America honors, including first team plaudits in both the 200 free and 800 free relay… Placed fifth in both… Also picked up second team accolades with a 16th place finish in the 100 back and as a member of CMU’s 200 and 400 medley and 400 free relay teams… Anchored the Mavs to a former school-record time of 1:43.07 in the 200 medley relay, good for tenth place… The team took 11th in the 400 medley relay and 13th in the 400 free relay… Won four conference titles while earning six first team and a maximum seven overall All-RMAC certificates at the RMAC Championships… Set a then altitude-adjusted school-record of 1:49.58 in the 200 free before winning that conference title, individually… Swam on the Mavs’ winning 200, 400 and 800 free relay teams­… Helped the Mavs to former school and pool records in the 800 free relay… The team posted a time of 7:31.02 (7:26.22-altitude adjusted)… Picked up First Team All-RMAC honors in both the 100 and 200 back, finishing second in each… Finished fourth in the 50 free… Set four NCAA qualifying and season-best marks at the RMAC meet, turning in altitude-adjusted clockings of 23.81 (50 Free), 55.46 (100 Back) and 1:59.45 (200 Back) in addition to her then school-record 200 free time… Ranks eighth in program history with that 50 free time... Qualified for nationals in the 100 free with a season-best time of 51.99 during the 400 free relay at Utah., helping her win RMAC Swimmer of the Week honors on Jan. 26… Did not contest that event at the NCAA, nor RMAC Championships… Won the 100 back in a dual at Division I Northern Colorado (Nov. 5) while taking both the 100 free and 100 back against Western Colorado (Oct. 31)… Named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America First Team and to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

As a Freshman (2019-20): Had one of the most impressive all-around debut years in Maverick history, competing in 13 meets including the RMAC and NCAA Division II National Championships… Earned seven All-RMAC certificates and four CSCAA All-America honors… Won four conference titles and six First Team All-RMAC honors… Was a first team all-American in three events… Set three new school-records and ranked amongst the program’s top-10 in five different individual events… Won the 200 back title at the conference meet with a season-best and NCAA “B” cut altitude-adjusted time of 1:59.44 to rank second in program history behind only Mary Saiz… Also took second in the 200 free with a then school-record time of 1:49.96 (altitude-adjusted)… Finished third in the 100 back to garner her lone Second Team All-RMAC honor… Had set a former school-record time of 55.03 second in the preliminary heats of that event at the A3 Performance Invitational… Was dominant in the relays at the conference meet earning First Team All-RMAC honors in all four that she swam… Helped the Mavs win the 200 free, 400 medley and 400 free relays… Anchored the 200 free relay team to a still-standing school-record time of 1:33.82… Also swam on the runner-up 800 free relay squad… Posted a season-best of 51.88 for the 100 free as a relay-leadoff… Was an invited swimmer to the NCAA Championships in three events, coming in seeded eighth in the 200 back, 15th in the 200 free and 16th in the 100 back… Was only able to compete in the 200 free at the national meet, shortened by the COVID-19 outbreak, placing 21st… Also got to swim on relays at the national meet, helping the Mavs to a 13th place finish in the 200 free relay preliminaries, which were held hours before the eventual cancelation… Was later named as a CSCAA First Team All-American in both backstroke events and the 800 free relay… Was an honorable mention selection for the200 free relay performance… Had a season-best 50 free time of 23.88 at the A3 meet… Racked up six dual meet wins throughout the season… Named as the RMAC Swimmer of the Week on both Oct. 23 and Nov. 6... Named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America First Team.

Prep: Was the Jeffco League MVP as a senior with the Golden HS Demons... Coached by Brett Stoyell... Earned First Team All-Conference honors in both the 50 and 100 free as a senior in 2019... Set school-records of 24.64 and 53.09 in those events... Placed fourth in the 100 and seventh in the 50 at the 4A State Championships... Earned First Team CHSAA Academic All-State honors three times.

Club: Swam for the Jeffco Hurricanes... Was a 4-event finalist at the ISCA TYR Summer Senior Championships in 2019.

Personal: Is majoring in business management... Daughter of Amy and Brian White... Has one older brother (Spencer)... Is making her way through every flavor of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream... Says "as this is my last year of NCAA eligiblility, my focus is to be present in every moment and not take anything for granted regarding teammates, coaches and my performance this year."
