Previous School: Spent his junior season at Abilene Christian...Went 4-1 with 6.64 ERA in 11 appearances...Had 35 strikeouts in 39.1 innings pitched...Played Junior College at both San Jacinto College - North and Cowley County where he played in the NJCAA World Series in Grand Junction.

High School: Played for the Saints of St. Thomas Aquinas and coach Lorne Parks...All-State selection...2014 Perfect Game All-American...Played in the 2014 Area Code Games for the White Sox.

Personal: Majoring in Sports Management...Son of Gabe Hutson...Chose CMU for the support the town gives baseball...Enjoys learning about history, ancient civilizations, and space.
