2019 Outdoor (Senior): Ran the 10,000 meters in four meets, including the RMAC Championships... Finished tenth in 31:33.07... Ran a career-best time of 31:14.53 two weeks later to finish third at the Oxy Invitational, wrapping up his career ranked fourth in program history... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2018-19 Indoor (Senior): Ran in four meets, contesting the 5,000 meters at three of them... Had a season-best time of 15:42.83 at the Colorado Invitational... Later won that event at the Western Colorado Alumni Open in 16:21.47... Ran a career-best time of 9:18.45 in his lone attempt at the 3K during The Power 5... Is ranked eighth in program history... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2018 Outdoor (Junior): Did not compete.
2017-18 Indoor (Junior): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.. Competed in four meets... Qualified for the RMAC Championships in the 5,000 meters after running a career-best time of 15:40.07 at the Colorado Invitational... That time ranks him fourth in program history... Took 15th at the RMAC Championships... Finished third in the mile at the Western Alumni Open with a time of 4:33.79... Ran the lead-off 1,200-meter leg on CMU's distance medley relay team at the Mines D-II Invite & Multi... That team finished in 10:45.59, the fourth quickest in program history.
2017 Outdoor (Sophomore): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll... Competed in five meets, running the 1,500 at four of them... Also contested the 5,000 meters in two... Ran both events at the RMAC Championships, finishing 15th and 19th, respectively... Ran season-bests of 4:07.14 in the 1,500 and 16:16.37 in the 5,000.
2016-17 Indoor (Sophomore): RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll pick... Competed in four meets...Ran a personal-best time of 4:31.06 in the mile to place 17th at the RMAC Championships... That time ranks him fourth in program history... Had a career-best 3K time of 9:45.18 at the Western State Alumni Open... Ran the mile and anchor leg on a distance medley relay team that posted a time of 10:52.09 at the Mines D-II Invite, fifth fastest in program history.
2016 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets... Finished 15th in the 1,500 with a career-best time of 4:04.06 at the RMAC Championships... That time ranks him third in program history... Also had a season-best time of 2:02.60 to place fourth in the 800 meters at the Maroon Classic home meet.
2015-16 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in four meets... Finished seventh in the distance medley relay (10:55.55), eighth in the 4x400 (3:30.51) and 21st in the mile (4:33.49) at the RMAC Championships... Ran the anchor mile leg on the DMR team that ranks sixth in school history... The 4x400-meter relay time is the seventh fastest in program history.
Personal: Is majoring in computer information systems… Chose CMU because he wanted to somewhere he never visited and Grand Junction is the place I always wanted to go.
