2021 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships and each of CMU’s three home meets… Won the 5,000 meters at the Maverick Open to begin the season with a time of 15:09.13, which ranks him fifth in program history… Also posted a time of 1:57.98 in his lone 800-meter attempt at that meet… Won the 10,000 meters in 32:20.18 at the Maverick Sun Classic to rank seventh in program history for that event… Qualified for the RMAC Championships with that time, going on to finish 12
th in 32:32.39.

2021 Indoor (Redshirt Junior): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships… Scored team points in both the mile and distance medley relay at the conference meet… Helped the Mavs take third in the DMR with a school-record and NCAA Division II Championship provisional qualifying time of 10:15.08… Ran the opening 1,200-meter leg on that team… Also placed seventh in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:19.70, which ranks him third in program-best… Had a converted best and NCAA Division II Championship provisional qualifying time of 4:10.95, which was turned in while taking second at the Western Slope Challenge (4:25.79) to begin the season… Ran the 1,200 meter leg on the Mavs’ DMR team at the Adams State Grizzly Open, helping the unit to a time of 10:27.62, sixth fastest in program history… Ran the 3,000 meters in 8:57.55 at the CRC UCCS Open, which ranks third in program history.
2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 Indoor (Junior) : Redshirt season.
2019 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in five meets, including at the RMAC Championships, where he scored in two events... Finished seventh in the 800 meters with a time of 1:57.09... Had qualified for the finals with a career-best time of 1:55.06 in the preliminary round... Stands seventh in program-history with that mark... Won the 800 meters at the Mines Nature's Bakery Invite in 1:55.23... Also ran on the Mavs' 4x400-meter relay team at the conference meet... Helped them place fifth in 3:21.02, the seventh fastest time in school history... Also ranks fourth in program history for the 1500 meters, after turning in a time of 3:58.73 at the Colorado Invitational... Was eligible to run that event at the RMAC Championships as well, but chose not to enter it.
2018-19 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships... Placed 12th in the mile with a time of 4:28.68, just off his season-best and qualifying time of 4:28.24, set at the Colorado Invitational... Also ran the anchor (1600m) leg on the Mavs' distance medley relay team at the conference meet... Helped the Mavs place ninth in 10:45.85, the eighth fastest in school history... Posted a time of 2:00.46 in the 800 at The Power 5 meet, his lone effort of the season at that distance.
2018 Outdoor (Freshman): Competed in five meets, including the RMAC Championships... Contested the 800 meters at the RMAC meet, finishing 11th in a season-best 1:56.03... Also ran on the Mavs' 4x400-meter relay team at three meets... Ran the 1,500 meters three times, finishing in a season-best 4:05.31... Had three top-5 finishes throughout the season.
2017-18 Indoor (Freshman): Ran at three meets, contesting the 800 meters in each... Finished in a season-best 1:58.74 at the Colorado Invitational... Also ran on the Mavs' 4x400-meter relay team at that meet, helping the team to a time of 3:27.27, tenth quickest in program history... Ran the mile anchor leg on the Mavs' distance medley relay team that finished fourth at the Mines D-II Invite & Multi with a time of 10:45.59, which ranks eighth in program history.
Prep: Finished third in the 1600 at the Jeffco 4A/5A League meet as a senior with the Columbine HS Rebels in 2017... Set a PR time of 4:28.59 in that meet... Also had a 3200 PR of 9:58.65 that year at the Jeffco Elite Meet.
Personal:Â Is majoring in health & fitness promotion... Son of Richard and Debbie Kuhn...Has two siblings, Elijah and Erin...Enjoys playing sports like baseball and lacrosse.
