2019 Outdoor (Junior): Competed in the heptathlon at the season-opening Glenn Morris Multi, her only action of the season... Finished seventh with 3,371 points... Had marks of 16.60 (100 Hurdles), 1.54m/5-0.5 (High Jump), 9.13m/29-11.5 (Shot Put), 28.38 (200), 5.05m/16-7 (Long Jump) and 26.78m/87-10 (Javelin) before not finishing the 800 meters.
2019 Indoor (Junior): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships... Finished third in the pentathlon to claim her inital First Team and fifth career overall All-RMAC honor... Scored 3,260 points after turning in a career-best mark of 3,391 at the Mines Alumni Classic & Multi to improve her No. 2 position in school-history... Also contested the high and long jump events at the conference meet finishing 12th and 18th, respectively... Had a PR time of 9.35 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles at the conference meet to rank tenth in school-history... Had a career-best clearance of 1.60 meters (5-3) at the Mines Alumni Classic in the open high jump... Is tied for fourth in school-history with that mark... Also had a PR of 5.41 meters (17-9) in the long jump at that meet to stand fifth in program-history... Also had a career-best time of 8.38 seconds in the 60-meter dash at that meet... Other season-bests were 2:28.98 (800) and 10.22m/33-6.5 (Shot Put)... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection... Later named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team.
2018 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in five meets, including the RMAC Championships... Contested the heptathlon three times, scoring a career-best 4,368 points at the conference meet... Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors for the fourth straight season with a fifth place finish... Is ranked second in program history with that total... Also qualified for the RMAC Championships in the 100-meter hurdles, finishing 13th with a time of 15.83 seconds... Set a career-best time of 15.65 during the heptathlon... Ranks ninth in program history with that time... Closed out the RMAC heptathlon with a career-best time of 2:28.70 in the 800... Cleared a career-high 1.55m (5-1) in the high jump to move into a tie for fourth in program history for that discipline... Other season-best marks were 27.61(w) (200), 5.29m/17-4.25 (LJ), 9.67m/31-8.75 (SP) and 30.05m/98-7 (JT)... RMACÂ All-Academic Honor Roll recipient.Â
2017-18 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in six meets, including the RMAC Championships... Contested the pentathlon at three of them, finishing fifth at the RMAC Championships with a personal-record 3,156 points to earn Second Team All-RMAC honors for the third time in her career... Also finished third in the open long jump and seventh as part of the Mavs' 4x400-meter relay team at the conference meet... Set a season-best long jump mark of 5.14m (16-10.5) during the pentathlon... Also set a season-best of 1.52m (4-11.75) in the high jump at the RMAC meet... Had a career-best time of 28.39 over 200 meters at the Colorado Invitational... Other season-bests were 2:35.00 (800), and 9.58 (60m Hurdles)and 10.19m/33-5.25 (Shot Put)... RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll recipient.
2017 Outdoor (Freshman): Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors in the heptathlon (4,206) with a fourth place finish at the RMAC Championships... Competed in six meets... Posted season-bests of 27.65 in the 200, 2:34.51 in the 800, 16.03 in the hurdles, 1.49m (4-10.5) in the high jump, 5.06m (16-7.25) in the long jump, 10.36 (32-1.75) in the shot put, 30.53m (100-2) and 4,206 points in the heptathlon... Won the heptathlon with 4,124 points at the Maroon Classic & Multi home meet.
2016-17: Indoor (Freshman): Earned All-RMAC second-team honors with a sixth place finish in the pentathlon (3,043), which was her best of three pentathlon efforts throughout the season... Competed in five meets overall... Posted season-bests of 8.70 in the 60, 2:34.75 in the 800, 9.52 in the 60 hurdles, 1.50m (4-11) in the high jump, 5.10m (16-8.75) in the long jump and 9.79m (32-1.5) in the shot put.
Prep: Qualified for the state meet in three different individual events as a senior at Brighton HS in 2016... Placed ninth in the 100-meter hurdles, tenth in the shot put and 14th in the 300-meter hurdles.
Personal: Is majoring in health and fitness promotion... Aspires to work in corporate health & wellness promotion.
