Competed in all five of the Mavs' meets, including the RMAC and NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships... Finished 63rd at the conference meet with a career-best 6K time of 23:05.6... Finished 56th as the Mavs' second runner at the regional meet... Had finished the regular season with a career-best 5K time of 19:36.7 at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open... Had a season-best finish of 18th at the Mountaineer Cowboy/Invite.
2018 (Freshman): Competed in four of the Mavs' five meets, including the South Central Regional Championships... Had a season-best time 6K time of 24:57 at the Lewis Crossover... Had a best 5K time of 21:09.8 at the Mountaineer Cowboy Open.
Prep: Was the No. 2 finisher on the 5A state championship qualifying Legacy High School Team as a senior in 2017… Placed 20th at the Region 3 meet… Set a PR of 13:07.80 in the 3,200 meters during the 2018 track season… Had a PR time of 5:59.34 in the 1,600 at the 2017 Front Range League meet.
Personal: Is undecided upon a major… Plans to go to graduate school or med school after graduation… “I chose CMU because I enjoy the campus, I have the opportunity to compete and I like the classes that are offered.”
