As a Senior (2017-18): Went 5-12 in singles, including a 4-11 mark in duals at No. 5 & 6... Was 3-7 in doubles, including a 3-5 mark at the No. 3 position... Was 3-3 in that slot with partner Carolena Campos.

As a Sophomore (2017 at Sioux Falls): Was the Cougars' No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles player... Went 3-13 in singles and 5-11 in doubles... Earned her second ITA Scholar-Athlete honor.

As a Freshman (2016 at Sioux Falls): Posted an overall record of 12-7 in singles play to lead the Cougars to their most successful season in their Division II history… Went 8-3 in NSIC singles primarily playing in the No. 6 spot… posted a 4-2 doubles record while playing out of the No. 2 spot with Kara Bunkers… Went 3-1 in NSIC doubles… Earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors and helped the Cougars to an ITA All-Academic Team award

High School: Played at Doherty High School... Graduated in 2015... Named a one-star recruit by Tennis Recruiting.net... Was ranked 11^th by the USTA in Colorado for 18 and under girls singles... 4-time state qualifier... Finished 2014 with a 14-3 record at #1 singles for head coach Cherri Rogers... Rotary Champion for Tennis in 2014... 3-time Academic All-State first team selection... Named second team all-area in 2013... Served as team captain as a junior and senior.

Personal: Majoring in business... Aspires go get a job at a marketing agency in Denver or the surrounding area after graduation...Daughter of John and Terry Simons... Loves to hang out with friends and family to traveling!

Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because I love all that it has to offer. From the location to the class sizes to the people, it is a great college! Another big factor for me was tennis, and the team and coaching was a great fit."
