As a Senior (2019-20): Was tied for the team-lead in singles wins, posting a 12-8 record... Went 10-6 in the dual meets, playing at the No. 1 position throughout the COVID0-19 shortened campaign... Ended the season ranked 18th in the ITA's South Central Regional rankings... Was 2-2 in tournament play, advancing to the Round of 16 at the ITA West Regional Tournament at the end of the fall... Posted an 8-10 doubles record with freshman partner Laura Alsing... The duo was 7-8 in team matches, going 6-8 in the top flight while winning their only encounter at No. 2 doubles... They were also 1-2 in tournament play... Named to CoSIDA Academic All-District team for the third straight year... Would make CMU history in becoming the first 3-time CoSIDA Academic All-American (all sports)... Was a Second Team selection.
As a Junior (2018-19): Garnered a multitude of honors as the team's top student-athlete, both on the court and in the classroom... Led the team with 33 total wins en-route to First Team All-RMAC honors in both singles and doubles... Led the team in singles wins (16) while going 16-14 overall... Was 14-10 in duals, playing in the No. 1 position throughout the season... Partnered with Emily Beckley to post a 17-14 overall record... The duo was 13-12 in duals at the No. 1 spot and won their final six matches... Was also named as the RMACÂ Player of the Week a conference-leading three times... Was named as the RMAC Academic Player of the Year and as the Summit Award Winner for having the highest GPA of any student-athlete at the conference tournament... Those honors would just be the beginning of her academic plaudits... Would later be named to the Google Cloud Academic All-America Women's At-Large team as selected by CoSIDA for the second straight year... Was a First Team selection in 2019-20 after earning third team honors a year prior.... Had also been named to the Academic All-District At-Large team for the second straight year... Had began the spring season as the RMAC Preseason Player of the Year.
As a Sophomore (2017-18): Made Maverick tennis history becoming the first player (male or female) to earn a spot on the Google Cloud Academic-All America Women's At-Large team as selected by CoSIDA... Was a Third Team pick... Also earned Academic All-District accolades... Was also named as the RMAC Summit Award Winner for having the highest GPA (4.000) of any student-athlete at the conference tournament... Was named to the First Team RMAC All-Academic squad... Named to the First Team All-RMAC squad in both singles and doubles for the second straight year... Led the team with 20 singles wins, going 18-10 in dual matches, all at the No. 1 position... Was a perfect 6-0 in RMAC matches and recorded two head-to-head wins over RMAC Player of the Year Alex Pessoa of MSU-Denver... Also defeated the Roadrunners' Tabitha Porter, ranked sixth nationally at the time in a Feb. 18 dual, helping her earn the first of three RMAC Player of the Week awards (Feb. 21, Feb.28, Apr. 18)... Finished the year with a 14-19 overall and 12-18 dual mark in doubles at the No. 1 position... Partnered with Taylor Hershey is all six RMAC duals going 4-2... Was 8-14 with her overall, all in the spring.. Had gone 4-4 with partner Emily Beckley during the fall season... Was named as the RMAC Preseason Player of the Year and to the Preseason All-RMAC squad for the second straight year coming in...Â
As a Freshman (2016-17): RMAC Co-Freshman of the Year... Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in singles and doubles... Finished 13-9 and had a 3-3 league mark at No. 1 singles... Was tied with her older sister Katie for the team lead in overall wins (33) ... Finished 17-12 in singles, including a 4-3 individual tournament mark... Finished with a 16-6 overall and a perfect 6-0 RMAC record at No. 1 doubles, partnering with her sister... Was 16-9 overall... The sisters won each of their last seven matches... Was named as the RMAC Player of the Week twice (Feb. 23, Apr. 5)... Had started the spring season on the Preseason All-RMAC squad.
High School: Three-time regional champion for Coach Karl Buck and the Mountain Range Mustangs... 2016 Front Range League champion... 4-time state qualifier... Was fourth place medalist at state in 2015.
Personal: Daughter of Michael and Karen Stuckemeyer... Is majoring in exercise science... Wants to become a physician's assistant in family medicine and is working part-time at Grand Junction Therapies... Older sister Katie was a member of the CMU tennis team before graduation... Likes to swim in her off time... Wants to eventually complete a triathlon after college... Likes to be outside but also binge watch Netflix.
Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because of the program I wanted to study. And my sister went here my freshman year and I wanted to play tennis with her."
