2019-20: Competed at the Tracy Borah Duals and finished 1-3 with a win over Tyler Boone of Fort Hays State by pin. 

2018-19: Finished the year 0-3 with all three matches coming at the Las Vegas Desert Duals...Had a season-ending injury in that event.

Personal: Majoring in Energy Management...Son of Paul and Cindy Trygstad...Chose CMU for the location.
