2019-20 (Junior): Competed in 13 meets, including both the RMAC and NCAA Division II National Championships… Also swam at the Horsetooth Open Water meet… Had a strong conference meet earning four All-RMAC certificates with NCAA “B” cut times in each of her four individual events… Also had three personal-bests and set a school-record… Contributed 65 team points in her four individual events, fourth most in the entire meet…Was a first team All-RMAC honoree in the 1000 free after posting a personal-best altitude-adjusted time of 10:16.75… Ranks second in program history with that time… Finished third in the 400 IM, 500 free and 1650 free to earn second team plaudits in each… Set a personal-best altitude-adjusted mark of 17:15.00 in the longest race to set the CMU record as she edged teammate Robyn Naze… Also had a personal-best altitude-adjusted time of 5:01.26 in the 500 free to rank fourth in school history… Helped the Mavs win the “B’ portion of the 800 free relay as well… Was invited to the NCAA Championships by virtue of her 400 IM personal-best altitude adjusted time of 4:24.80, which was set en-route to victory at the A3 Performance Invite… Ranks second in program-history with that time… Was able to swim in two of her four individual events at her first NCAA Championships, which were cut short by the COVID-19 outbreak… Finished 33
rd in the 400 IM (4:31.28) and 34
th in the 1000 free (10:24.30)… Won the 200 fly in the final dual meet of the season against Western Colorado (Jan. 18)… Also won that event at Western on Oct. 24… Ranked sixth in program-history in that event with her season-best of 2:05.76, which came at the A3 meet… Also had a personal-best time of 1:00.81 in the 100 fly at the Western dual meet but was scored as an exhibition swimmer… Had a personal-best of 2:12.07 in the 200 IM at the Dixie State/Mines triangular a week earlier... Named to the CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention squad.
2018-19 (Sophomore): Competed in seven meets, including the RMAC Championships... Earned three first team and four overall All-RMAC honors placing second in the 500, 1000 and 1650 free while taking fourth in the 400 IM... Combined for 66 individual points to co-lead the Mavericks to their first team title... Set personal-best and NCAA "B" qualifying time of 10:21.88 (1000 free) and 4:29.71 (400 IM) at the conference meet... Ranks fourth in school-history with both those marks... Also had a personal-best of 17:27.39 in the 1650 free to rank fifth... Also swam a leg on CMU's second 800 free relay team that won the "B' heat... Had a "B" qualifying altitude-adjusted time of 5:01.63 in the 500 free at the A3 Performance Invitational to rank fourth... Also turned in a season-best time of 2:12.65 in the 200 fly at that meet to rank seventh in program history to rank seventh... Won the 1650 free Western State (Oct. 27).
2017-18 (Freshman): Competed in ten meets... Placed in the top eight in three events and scored in four individual events at the RMAC Championships, placing fifth in the 1,650 free (17:32.45), sixth in the 400 IM (4:32.81) and eighth in the 500 free (5:08.35)... Also finished 10th in the 1000 free (10:43.80)... Set season-bests in the 400 IM... Her other season-bests of 5:06.91 (500 free) and 10:28.51 (1000 free) and 17:32.19 (1650 free) came at the A3 Performance Invite.... Is ranked in the program's top 10 for all events... Won both the 500 and 1000 free in a Nov. 17 dual against Western Colorado... Other season-bests were 1:01.88 (100 fly), 2:11.03 (200 fly) and 2:14.51 (200 IM).
Prep: Has best times of 10:14.08 (1000 Free), 5:04.63 (500 Free), 2:04.59 (200 Fly) and 4:28.89 (400 IM) to her credit while swimming for Järfälla Simsällskap in Sweden... Placed second in both the 200 fly and 800 free at the Swedish Junior Nationals in 2014... Was third in the 1500 free at that meet... Also placed second in the 200 fly at the 2017 edition of the meet.... Holds the club record in the 800 and 1500 free.
Personal: Is majoring in finance... Aspires to work in the business field.
Why I Chose CMU: "I chose CMU because of all the outdoor activities here, and there are a lot of good hikes here. The School also have great facilities as well as professors."
