2017-18 (Junior): Competed in four meets, including the RMAC Championships... Placed sixth on the 1-meter (382.45) and seventh on the 3-meter (365.40)... Recorded a season-best 393.60 points in a 1-meter "time trial" on the 1-meter and had a season-best 3-meter score of 379.50 points in the 3-meter preliminaries.
2016-17 (Sophomore): Finished 21st on both the 3-meter (354.65) and 1-meter (317.25) boards at the NCAA Championships...Set a new personal-best in the 3-meter... Was an exhibition diver at the RMAC Championships, posting scores of 347.80 (3m) and 370.50 (1m)... Named as the RMAC Diver of the Week on Nov. 2 after winning the 1-meter event at a dual meet at Western Colorado with an NCAA qualifying score of 406.17... Scored an even better 427.60 points in the prelims of the Colorado Mesa Invitational.
2016-16 (Freshman): Had season-bests of 390.75 (1m) and 340.05 (3m) at the Colorado Mesa Invitational.. Won the 1-meter in a dual meet against Western Colorado.
High School: 3-time Colorado High School State Qualifier, placing ninth, 17th and 18th for the Pine Creek Eagles and Coach Dylan Scott... 4-year dive team captain…2-time All-Area Second Team and 1-time All-Area Team Honorable Mention… 2015 Colorado Springs Metro League (CSML) Diver of the Year…School record holder for six dives… Was a 2-year state gymnastics finalist as well.
Personal: Is majoring in exercise science... Parents are Philip Smith and Wendy Mabry... Has four siblings... Enjoys hiking, working out, exploring the Grand Mesa, cooking and hanging out with friends.
