GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – The Colorado Mesa University Athletic Department is proud to announce a new partnership with Nike, naming the brand as the official provider of athletic apparel, footwear, and equipment for the Mavericks. This transition marks the conclusion of CMU's partnership with Under Armour and signals an exciting new chapter for the university's athletic programs.
Beginning in the upcoming academic year, the Maverick athletic teams will begin to compete in Nike uniforms and gear, aligning the Mavericks with one of the most recognized and innovative brands in global sport. The full transition will be completed by the fall of 2028.
