The Rangers continued to attack as they fired four more shots during the next six minutes, but they all fell short.
The first two shots from the Mavs came before the 19th minute when Richie Tabares Ochoa and Edoardo Oliveri fired back-to-back shots that missed the mark.

The Rangers fired five more shots before the half, but every chance came empty as they went into halftime with the two-goal advantage.
The Rangers looked for a third just 14 seconds into the second half, but their chance was saved by Beck. James Maxwell responded with a shot of his own but it fell short.
Beck remained busy as the Rangers continued to pummel shots at him, but he managed to deal with all of them.
The Mavs got their first shot on goal from Daniel Ehler, but it was saved by the keeper. Stefanos Christodoulakis had an attempt on a goal as well, but it was too powerful.
Regis scored their third goal of the game in the 80th minute, putting the game out of reach for the Mavs. Tabares Ochoa attempted to get a goal on the board in the last few minutes, but it was to no avail.
Tabares Ochoa led the team in shots with three with Beck ending his night with five saves.
