Playoff clinched:
After Colorado Mesa University's two wins last weekend, the team has officially clinched a spot in the RMAC playoffs. CMU currently sits in second place behind Colorado School of Mines.
Round 2:
Last Friday when these two teams faced off at Walker Field, the Mavericks came away with the 2-0 victory. CMU outshot the Cougars 21-5 on the day, but where held scoreless in the second half.
Goalie Watch:
Briley Guarneri currently leads the conference in wins with 13, shutouts with eight and goals against average at 0.61. As for the Cougars, Taylor Budzinski has started the most games for the team with eight starts. He has allowed 23 goals on the season and has one shut out to his name.
 
MSU Denver on Oct. 28:
Round 2:
These two teams will face off for the second time in seven days on Saturday. In the first matchup the Mavericks were able to use their defense to defeat the Roadrunners 1-0.
Players to watch:
Moshe Perez currently leads the team with 24 points and nine goals on the year. Look for him to try and sink the Roadrunners as early as he can. Yannick Schad is the one to watch for MSU. He currently has 12 points on the year with four goals and four assists.
