GREEN RIVER, WYO. – The Colorado Mesa University swimming and diving teams combined for nine event wins in a dual with the University of Wyoming Saturday (Nov. 5).
Wyoming won both the men's (193-104) and women's (179-117) duals.
Mary Saiz continued her individual winning streak taking the wins in both the 50 free (24.16) and the 200 back (2:04.27).
Hanna Sangfeldt earned two wins on the day taking top honors in the 200 free (57.92) and 200 individual medley (2:16.29). Â
Candice Rosen picked up the win in the 200 free (1:56.84), and
Eryn Leonard won the 100 fly (59.15).
Sam Bryant led the men's teams with a pair of wins in the 500 free (4:49.25) and the 200 individual medley (1:58.04).
Chris Radomski won the 100 fly (52.09) and the men's 400 free relay (3:13.75) also won.
Landon Ellis placed second in the 1,000 free (9:57.47).
Maggie Hellard finished second in the 100 breast (1:08.02), and
Katelin Staab was second in the 200 fly (2:13.25).
Madeline McClain was second in the 100 free (54.43), and Sam White was second in the 200 breast (2:29.06).
The women's 400 free (3:35.53) and 400 medley relays (3:57.64) also finished second.
Colorado Mesa will compete at the Colorado School of Mines Nov. 12.
