LAST WEEKEND
The 24th ranked Colorado Mesa men's soccer team scored a pair of first half goals and one second half goal en route to a 3-0 win over the Westminster Griffins on Wednesday evening at Walker Field in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference men's soccer match. The Colorado Mesa University men's soccer team scored three times in the first half on its way to a 4-0 win at CSU-Pueblo Friday (Oct. 14).

ROY ABERGIL
Abergil has more goals than 92 NCAA Div. II schools including three RMAC Schools this season. He has 19 goals, 39 points, and one assist.

TRIPLE THREAT
This week we had three players of the week, offensive player of the week, Roy Abergil, defensive Slater Elkind and goalkeeper Briley Guarneri.

SERIES
In the last four years the Mavericks have gone 3-2-2 with the Roadrunners and 4-2-3 with the Mountainlions.

LEADING THE RMAC...
Briley Guarneri leads the RMAC in shutouts (7), goals against average (0.49),  and shutouts per game (0.70). Roy Abergil leads the RMAC in points (31),  points per game (3.10), goals (15), goals per game (1.5), game winning goals (4).

MAVERICK WINS
The Mavericks are 6-0-0 when leading at half time, 7-0-0 when scoring first and 2-1-1 when the oppenent scores  first.

LOOKING AHEAD
The Mavericks will head to Denver friday (Oct. 28) to play Regis at 3:30  and then travel to South Dakota to play South Dakota School of Mines Sunday (Oct. 30) at 11.
