PUEBLO, COLO. – The Colorado Mesa University men's soccer team scored three times in the first half on its way to a 4-0 win at CSU-Pueblo Friday (Oct. 14).

Roy Abergil wasted no time as he scored in the fourth minute compliments of an assist from Moshe Perez.

Luis Schraidt extended the CMU lead to 2-0 with a goal less than two minutes later.

Perez picked up his third point of the game with an unassisted goal in the 29^th minute.

Abergil scored his second goal of the game and his 19^th of the season off a rebound in the 60^th minute.

CMU led in shots 14-7, but CSUP finished with a 7-2 edge in corner kicks.

Briley Guarneri made four saves to record his 10^th win of the season and eighth shutout.

Colorado Mesa (10-1-3, 9-0-1) will host MSU Denver Oct. 21.
