Box Score GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. – Roy Abergil's goal in the 41^st minute was all it took to defeat Regis on Sunday afternoon at Walker Field in the final match of the regular season for the Colorado Mesa men's soccer team.
 
Abergil's tenth goal of the season came as Matthew Miller headed over pass to Abergil who fired it in from short distance.
 
The Mavericks outshot the Rangers 13-3 with the Rangers committing more fouls then the Mavericks 15-7.
 
Freshman Briley Guarneri picked up his tenth shutout of the season making two saves on the afternoon.
 
Colorado Mesa is likely to receive the No. 2 seed in the RMAC Tournament after tiebreakers are broken. The RMAC Tournament will be hosted by regular season champion Colorado Mines.
