Complete ResultsALAMOSA, COLO. – The Colorado Mesa University men's and women's swimming teams combined for 11 wins in a triangular with Adams State and Colorado Mines Saturday (Oct. 31).
Justin Hastings led a podium sweep of the 200 fly. Hastings swam a winning time of 1:57.85, followed by Chris Radomski second in 2:04.00 and Morgan Bean third in 2:05.32.
Hastings and Radomski would finish 1-2 in the 50 free as well. Hastings took the win in 21.16 followed by Radomski in 22.03.
Hastings and Radomski teamed up with Parker Twiss and Garret Koehler to win the 400 medley relay in 3:32.93.
Sam Bryant collected a pair of wins in the 400 individual medley (4:16.31) and the 200 breast (2:14.54).
Marissa Bradley led the women's team with a pair of wins in the 50 (25.34) and 100 (55.26) freestyles.
Mesa finished 1-2 in the women's 1,000 with Kat Gerstmar winning in 11:40.48 and Katelin Staab finishing second in 11:51.78.
Eryn Leonard won the 200 free (2:01.00), and Garrett Koehler won the men's (1:50.88).
Mesa capped the evening by winning the final event of the meet the 200 free relay in a time of 1:30.59.
The CMU men defeated Colorado Mines (108.5-93.5) and Adams State (267-110).
The Mesa women defeated Adams State (123-59) and fell to Colorado Mines (123-78).
The CMU men will race at BYU Nov. 7
