Box Score DENVER, Colo. – Trentin Atkin's header in the 86^th minute helped the Mavericks earn a 1-1 tie with the MSU Denver Roadrunners on Sunday afternoon at the Regency Athletic Complex. The match was a non-conference matchup between the two teams.
 
Atkin headed in a cross from Luis Schraidt and found the lower left corner of the goal for the equalizer and his second goal of the season.
 
Earlier in the half, the Mavericks conceded a Roadrunner goal to Jeff Gillis to snap a three-match shutout string.
 
The RMAC Tournament field is set but seeding is still up in the air. The semifinals and finals will be played at Colorado Mines with the final five seeds still pending. The Mavericks are currently in second place.
 
The final two matches of the regular season will be played at Walker Field next weekend.
