Justin Hastings and Sage D'Ambrosia each won two events for Colorado Mesa University at the San Diego Triangular Sunday (Jan. 4).
Hastings won the 100 back in 51.24 and the 100 fly in 51.17.
D'Ambrosia swept the diving events scoring 239.95 on the three-meter and 241.55 on the one-meter.
Ryan Popp placed second on the three-meter (235.95) and third on the one-meter (233.70).
Amanda Jennings was second on the three-meter (251.25) and third on the one-meter (205.15). Taylor Browns was fourth on the three-meter board (187.65).
The men's 200 medley relay of
Justin Hastings, Josh Bedford, Sky Hirsch and Peter Szekely placed second in 1:35.90.
The men's 400 free relay of Sky Hirsch, Peter Szekely, Justin Ortiz and
Justin Hastings finished fourth in 3:12.75.
Kyle Johnston placed second in the 200 fly (1:56.20) and sixth in the 500 free (4:52.71).
Thomas Stutzriem finished fifth in both breaststroke events. He finished the 100 breast in 59.16 and posted a time of 2:10.67 in the 200.
Peter Szekely tied for fifth in the 50 free (21.71), and Justin Ortiz was sixth in the 100 free (48.89).
Ryan Gifford finished fourth in the 1,000 free (9:59.28) and sixth in the 400 individual medley (4:18.10).
In the women's 1,000 free, Abi Young placed fourth (11:06.54) and Maddy Wigg was sixth (11:24.56).
Abby Porter was fifth in the 500 free (5:20.76), and Miranda Reetz was sixth in the 400 indivdual medley.
Josh Bedford was sixth in the 100 breast (59.76).
