ALL-RMAC SELECTIONSThe Mavericks received six selections to the All-RMAC team that was released on Tuesday. Junior defender
Blake Carlson was named the Defensive Player of the Year and was joined by
Roy Abergil on the first team.

DISHING IT OUTNestor Escobar became the all-time leader in assists at Colorado Mesa this season. His assist on
Roy Abergil's goal against MSU Denver gave him 15 in his career, one more than his brother Marco. He has seven assists this season which ties him for the single-season mark with his brother as well.
KEYSColorado Mesa is 9-0 this season when they hold a lead at halftime. At one point this season, the Mavericks had struggled to score in the first half but now Colorado Mesa has 11 first half goals with many of them coming during the 12 match win streak.
FAMILIAR FOESUnlike most NCAA Tournament matches, the Mavericks are familiar with the three other members of the Super Region. Colorado Mesa defeated St. Edward's this season in the opening match of the season, 2-0. They also hold a 1-0 mark against host Seattle Pacific and a 0-1 mark against Cal State Los Angeles in their brief history.

NSCAA POLLThe Mavericks remain at No. 11 in the NSCAA poll, which was the final poll of the regular season. St. Edward's sits at No. 9 while Seattle Pacific checks in at No. 4 and their opponent Cal State LA is at No. 14.
TOURNAMENT TIMEColorado Mesa is in their first-ever NCAA Tournament and have reached the Sweet Sixteen (only 16 teams remain in the tournament.) They won their first-ever NCAA match last weekend against Midwestern State.
2013 RMAC TOURNAMENT CHAMPSThe Mavericks won their first-ever RMAC Tournament last season, defeating the Regis Rangers 2-1 in double overtime.
Oliver Querin booted in the game-winning goal in the second overtime period and was named to the all-tournament team.
NEXT UPWith a win, Colorado Mesa will advance to the Elite Eight and face the West Region winner which would be either Cal State Los Angeles or the host Seattle Pacific on Saturday. If Colorado Mesa wins that match as well, they would advance to the Final Four that takes place the first weekend in December in Louisville, Ky.
