Cathryn Frame is in her second season as assistant cross country and assistant track and field coach. 

She graduated from CMU with honors in 2014 with a bachelors degree in exercise science.  As a former Maverick track and field athlete, Frame took second in the 400 meters at both the 2014 RMAC Indoor and Outdoor championships.  She still holds the school-record of 55.96 seconds in the outdoor 400 and was the previous school record holder in both the 400 and 800-meter events, indoors.

When she is not at practice, Frame likes to stay in shape by chasing around her four future runners Natalie, Ethan, Elodie and Jayden.
