2012-13: Ran a personal best in the 800m at the CU Invitational where she ran a 2:23.25…Placed fourth at the Joe Davies Invitational in the 800m.
2010-11: Ran a personal best 1:04.42 in the 400m at the Air Force Invite and set a personal mark in the triple jump (10.18)during the indoor season…Ran a personal best in the 800m (2:23.92) at the RMAC Championships and placed 8th in the event.
High School: Ran at Kim High School…State Placer…Most Valuable Player…Most points scored…Holds school record in the 4x400m relay, 800m, and triple jump record...National Honor Society…FBLA…FFA.
Personal: Majoring in Kinesiology...Daughter of Jonathan and Jill Ambler…Sister of Samuel, Cathryn, Tiffany, Laura, and Hannah…Sisters Cathryn and Tiffany also run track for Colorado Mesa…Chose CMU for her sister…Enjoys playing basketball, volleyball and reading.
