Colorado Mesa trailed at the half 32-30 but came out and scored 52 points in the second half on 63 percent second half shooting. The Mavericks led by as many as 19 in the second half.

"It was a great team effort tonight. We had girls defend, rebound, and make plays when the game was close. We took a step in the right direction tonight," Wagner added.
Colorado Mesa will be off for until the Holiday Inn-Airport Thanksgiving Classic on November 29-30 when they take on Dixie State and Montana Western.
